Intrax WAY Day is an annual day of giving where volunteers come together to make a positive impact in our community. WAY Day celebrates Intrax's history and founders, John Wilhelm and Takeshi Yokota, who cared deeply about families and personal connections that would increase cultural understanding and inspire mutual respect and personal growth. Intrax Foundation offers the Yokota and Wilhelm Fellowship for students and teachers to fund self-selected cultural experiences. When applying, prospective fellows can submit a program they are interested in, within Intrax or beyond, for consideration.

There are a few ways to get involved with the Intrax Foundation. You can donate directly to our fellowship fund, volunteer or donate to our annual WAY Day event, or become a host by welcoming a high school exchange student into your home.
WAY Day is an annual Intrax event where we celebrate the achievements of our founders and the impact they had on cultural exchange. It is a day of volunteering filled with activities and opportunities to connect with others who share our mission.
